Boat slips have been reserved for homeowners that paid in full last season and are up to date on HOA fees. Slips will be reserved for these previous resident renters until April 10th. Private homeowners have first dibs on the slips until
April 10th. Full payment is due no later than April 10th. After April 10th., empty slips will be available for rent to qualified renters and nonresidents. No one may occupy a boat slip until payment has been received.
