ST. MARTIN’S BY THE BAY POOL RULES 2019
All Annual Assessments must be paid in full prior to use of the pool.
This pool is for residents of the community only. Guests are allowed in the pool area only when accompanied by a resident who is in good standing with the HOA (see #1).
Giving another person your pool key will result in action taken against the resident.
Hours of operation are 9:00 am – 8:00 pm daily. Anyone entering the pool or pool area outside of the pool hours of operation is trespassing and will be subject to arrest.
Private parties are not permitted at the pool unless written advance approval is granted by the Board of Directors.
The Homeowner's Association will not be responsible for any money or property loss sustained by members or their guests when using the pool.
An adult over the age of 21 must supervise patrons under the age of fifteen (15) at all times.
Infants and toddlers not fully potty trained are required to wear swim diapers in the pools. Anyone violating this rule will be subject to a fine and the pool will be closed immediately.
Food and beverages may be brought to the pool. All trash must be placed in the trash containers provided.
NO GLASS of any kind is permitted in the pool enclosure including beverage containers and facemasks with glass faces.
No large rafts or flotation devices shall be allowed in the pool. Balls, toys, small baby floats and noodles may be allowed, based on the number of people in the pool and must be removed when the patron leaves the pool.
No animals, other than service animals can be in pool area during pool hours.
Absolutely no diving in the pool or flips from the side are allowed at any time.
No jumping off of pool furniture, chairs, tables, etc.
No running, pushing, dunking, rough play or any type of personal conduct endangering safety of self and others is allowed.
Approved life jackets may be worn in the pool.
Any violation of these rules should be reported to the HOA Board, giving complete details of the incident in writing. Pool Management and the Board will investigate each incident and take such corrective action as they deem necessary.
Anyone littering, vandalizing or causing damage to the pool, pool area or bathrooms will be subject to fines and/or assessments, as determined by the Board of Directors for the amount to repair or restore the premises.
