In addition to community discussions and business this is a voting year.
If you wish to nominate someone to serve on the Board of Directors you must notify the HOA via email or in writing of the name and address of the individual you wish to nominate no later than January 22,2019.
The nominee must be notified before you nominate them to election and must agree to serve if they are duly elected.
*Ballets and election procedures will be mailed to all members on January 23,2019 and the election shall take place at the annual meeting.
Agenda will be posted on our community webpage when finalized as well as sent to you via email.
COMMUNICATIONAll group emails will be sent in this format with the official firstname.lastname@example.org email address.
All important community correspondence between home owners and HOA must be sent through this email address ( NOT PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESSES OF BOARD MEMBERS)
You may also use the contact form through the website to alert HOA of any issues.
If you know of anyone who is not receiving emails from the Home Owners Association please direct them to the website. A signup form is on the bottom of the webpage.
