Dear Community Members, We hope this message finds you well. It has come to our attention that several unregistered trailers and a canoe have appeared in our boat yard recently. We believe these items may have been placed here by non-community members, as they do not carry the required registration tags or parking permits associated with our community's regulations. The presence of these unregistered items not only violates our community policies but also takes up valuable space meant for the use of our residents. As such, we are reaching out to you for any information you may have regarding the ownership or origin of these trailers and the canoe. If you have any details that could help us resolve this matter, please do not hesitate to contact the Homeowners Association (HOA) directly through our contact page: https://www.stmartinsnews.com/contact.html. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated, as it will help us maintain the order and beauty of our communal spaces. Please be advised that any untagged trailers without proper parking permits will be removed from the boat yard and disposed of by a junk service on March 1st, 2023. We urge the owners of these items, or anyone with information about them, to come forward before this date to claim them and rectify the situation. Slips will be reserved for these previous resident renters until April 10th. Private homeowners have first dibs on the slips until
April 10th. Full payment is due no later than April 10th. After April 10th., empty slips will be available for rent to qualified renters and nonresidents. No one may occupy a boat slip until payment has been received. Owners: Deep Slips: 1200 End Slips: 1050 Jetski Slips:600 Renters & Non Residents Deep Slips: $1500 End Slips: $1400 Jetski Slips: $700 BOAT PARKING Parking provided in the area behind the tennis courts.
