Annual Meeting of Members shall be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022

Notice is given that the Annual Meeting of Members shall be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 1:00 pm at the Ocean Pines Library.  In addition to other business, the Association will hold its election of directors. 
If you wish to nominate someone to serve on the Board of Directors you must notify the HOA via email or in writing. Only members in good standing are eligible to vote and to serve on the board of directors. List the name and address of the individual you wish to nominate.The nominee must be notified before you nominate them for election and must agree to serve if they are duly elected. Send your nomination to [email protected] no later than January 7, 2022.  
Ballots and election procedures will be mailed to all members on January 10, 2022.
The election shall take place at the annual meeting.
