 Boat slips have been reserved for home owners that paid in full last season.
Slips will be reserved for these previous resident renters until May 5th. Residents: Slips: $700 + $35 water/electric = $735 Total Non Residents: Slips: $800 + $35 water/electric = $835 Total We have 4 slips that are non residents from last season. The price this season for non-residents has been raised by $100. We have 2 new community members that would like slips this year and have already provided payment. Some non community members will most likely loose there slips this year. Private home owners have first dibs on the slips until May 5th. Full payment is due no later than MAY 5th as stated on the website. After May 5th, empty slips will be available for rent to qualified non residents.
