Prior to the Annual General Meeting on February 10, 2018, the Board would like to ask the homeowners their thoughts and opinions about some of our amenities. These amenities have been discussed periodically though out the year, but we felt we needed more input from the community for future use and for improvement of St Martins by the Bay.

Specifically those amenities are:  the dumpsters, the burn pile, the tennis courts and the warehouse.  (The area that is attached to the bathrooms at the pool).

As an owner are you in favor of or opposed to the amenity? Do you find it attractive, beneficial, healthy, increases the property value of your home?  Or do you find it to be ugly, a health hazard, unmaintained, decreases the property value of you home?  Would you like to see the amenity maintained, improved, repaired or replaced?  What would that replacement be?

Please let us know your thoughts. We can not represent you or make plans that would benefit you, if we do not know what you are thinking.

Thank you for your help.

I have long supported the tennis courts because living in close proximity I did not want an eyesore detracting from my property value. However over the years I have observed that the tennis courts get very little use. I am not sure it is worth the cost of rehabbing them, but don't want them left to deteriorate. Maybe find another low maintenance use.
I like the convenience of the dumpsters and have gotten use to the sight of them.I would not mind going to individual pick up even though it would cost more.
I value the burn pile because I have a lot of yard waste.
I think it would be worth rehabbing the warehouse for some storage and maybe an area for meetings. Cost is always a question, but could be done in stages
Wondering if there is any more news on the water question. Probably won't be able to attend the annual meeting due to a conflict.
