Hurricane Sandy had the potential to destroy our neighborhood and rolled through with little damage. Thanks to the wind direction towards the end of the storm we escaped without flooding, dock damage, or sever damages to waterfront homes.
We are a custom to a normal batch of hurricanes and northeasters; however it is always a good idea to have some neighbors phone numbers in case of emergency. Our new web site has a printable phone list . Take care and be safe. They are not all as tame as Irene!!!
HOA is currently reviewing bids to do some much needed repair to our pool. We will be discussing these bids and possible solutions in the next HOA public meeting.

2012 has been a tremendous year for tomatoes, peppers, and herbs. If anyone would like some mint plants to get your garden started, come on by anytime and I will dig some up for you.
