#1 - Prep: Encrust tuna in italian breadcrumbs, capers, tons of parmesan cheese, tons of cracked pepper and lemon zest. COOK: Tuna Steak lightly fried in sun dried tomato oil cooked to Med-Rare or until the crust turns golden brown.
#2 - Sauté a mixture of tangerine juice, garlic (CUT YOUR OWN GARLIC!!!! DONT USE THE PRE CHOPPED) lemon juice, olive oil, sun dried tomatoes and oil, cracked pepper. Do not use the capers in the sauce, will be to salty. Add sauce to bow tie noodles and plate w/ the tuna.
#3 - Go fishing, catch more tuna than repeat steps 1 and 2.
