meet.google.com/czd-uywx-cyt The HOA Annual Board Meeting will take place on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 6:00 PM by Google Meet. This meeting will cover several important neighborhood updates and ongoing projects that affect the community. Among the announcements, the board will recognize longtime resident Ruth Waters and her family with condolences on the passing of her husband, Joe, and will also note that two new families are expected to move into homes on Marina Drive this spring. The board has also been heavily involved in addressing a malfunctioning septic system serving the townhomes and single-family homes on Marina Drive. Because of a delay in obtaining parts, several board members have been manually pumping the system multiple times a day to keep it operational. The meeting will also include updates on the pool, warehouse, and drainage systems. A blown French drain pump and damaged wiring required the purchase of a new grinder pump, and an electrician is scheduled to inspect the related power and CPU issues. There will also be discussion about a possible leak associated with the pool equipment, pool area conditions, whether power washing is needed this season, updated pool signage, emergency phone enclosure improvements, and the condition of the umbrellas. In addition, residents will hear updates on landscaping and grounds maintenance, including renewal of the Shore Cut contract, recent cleanup work along Marina Drive and behind the townhomes, removal of large tree limbs, phragmites removal, and efforts to gather bids for mulching, weeding, and spraying in common areas. Volunteer help is also being organized for additional tree trimming along the state road property to help prevent vehicle damage. The board will also discuss security camera and communications issues, as current testing suggests the problem may be related to the connection between Lynn’s unit and the warehouse CPU, possibly due to a lightning-related disruption. Other agenda items include the approval of an ADA temporary wheelchair ramp, the need to complete Parking Lot A stenciling, dock and boat slip updates, needed repairs to the dock water lines, installation of new No Parking signs at the drain field, and adding gravel to improve the pool and dumpster road.
