BOAT SLIPS: MARCH 10 DEADLINE (NO EXCEPTIONS) + APPLICATIONS, PAYMENT, PARKING, DOCK RULES & 2026 SLIP CHART

Hi Neighbors,
This post includes the full boat slip information for the upcoming season.
​Please read carefully--the March 10 deadline is firm and there are no exceptions. Slip assignments and access to the dock must follow the policies below.

BOAT SLIPS — RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT DEADLINES (NO EXCEPTIONS)Boat slips have been reserved for homeowners that paid in full last season and are up to date on HOA fees. Slips will be reserved for these previous resident renters until March 10.
PRIORITY THROUGH MARCH 10
  • Previous resident renters (paid in full last season and current on HOA fees) are reserved until March 10.
  • Private homeowners will be placed in slips ahead of nonresidents until March 10.
  • Full payment is due no later than March 10 (no exceptions).
  • No one may occupy a boat slip until payment has been received.
  • Homeowners may not rent a slip for a friend to use.
AFTER MARCH 10After March 10, any empty slips will be available for rent to qualified renters and nonresidents.
WAITING LISTThe waiting list order is based on how many years as a nonresident you have rented in the past. New nonresident applicants have a possibility of getting bumped before March 10 if additional homeowners request a slip.

REQUIREMENTS TO HOLD A SLIP FOR THE SEASONIn order to have a slip for the season, occupants must:
  1. Fill out the slip application on our community website (a new application is required each season):

  2. Provide copies of boat title and valid insurance.
  3. Payment must be RECEIVED no later than March 10 (not postmarked March 10).

2025 PRICINGOWNERS
  • Deep Slips: $1,200
  • End Slips: $1,050
  • Jet Ski Slips: $600
RENTERS & NONRESIDENTS
  • Deep Slips: $1,600
  • End Slips: $1,500
  • Jet Ski Slips: $750

BOAT PARKING (BEHIND TENNIS COURTS)Parking is provided in the area behind the tennis courts.
  • No parking is permitted on the reserve septic field.
  • $150 per year per boat.

DOCK RULES
  • Any boat that is damaging the dock may be removed without refund.
  • If you see boats doing damage, please give a helping hand or let the Board know so we can remedy the problem.
  • All information and full payment must be received before boats can enter slips for the season.
  • Please — No crabbing in boat slips.
  • Please — No children on dock without parental supervision.
  • DO NOT DRIVE ON GRASS WHEN SOFT.
  • NO PARKING cars or trucks at the ramp unless actively delivering heavy gear or launching small boats.
  • No long-term electrical cords attached to the main hub.
  • Do not leave trash or equipment on the gazebo.
  • Do not leave crab traps on the gazebo.

2025 RETURNING RENTERS / CURRENT SLIP CHART (REFERENCE)Last season (2025 renters / chart reference):

If we end up having more residents apply and pay for boat slips, unfortunately several of the nonresidents will need to be bumped to honor resident priority (per the March 10 policy). Based on the current chart, new resident renters may be placed into:
  • End Slips: 15, 16
  • Prime Slips: 12, 2, 1
  • Jet Ski slips

Thank you for taking the time to read through this information. Apologies if it sounds strict or reprimanding, but as the responsibility falls on those managing the dock, it is necessary to get this information to all of our residents.
