This post includes the full boat slip information for the upcoming season. Please read carefully--the March 10 deadline is firm and there are no exceptions. Slip assignments and access to the dock must follow the policies below. 2026 SLIP CHART (SEE WHAT IS OPEN AND WHAT IS RESERVED)2026 Slip Chart: [PASTE LINK HERE] BOAT SLIPS — RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT DEADLINES (NO EXCEPTIONS)Boat slips have been reserved for homeowners that paid in full last season and are up to date on HOA fees. Slips will be reserved for these previous resident renters until March 10. PRIORITY THROUGH MARCH 10
WAITING LISTThe waiting list order is based on how many years as a nonresident you have rented in the past. New nonresident applicants have a possibility of getting bumped before March 10 if additional homeowners request a slip. REQUIREMENTS TO HOLD A SLIP FOR THE SEASONIn order to have a slip for the season, occupants must:
